The story of Winter Woods in Romania: a lone wolf, Carpathian dogs and a shepherd
I enjoyed watching my favorite Documentary film, "The story of Winter Woods in Romania"
This film is about a lone wolf, a shepherd, and Carpathian Sheepdogs.
This fascinating film makes me feel like being in the fantastic nature world and also very intriguing.

The shepherd has 300 sheep and 5 dogs. Last year he was killed 2 dogs by wolf packs.
Only 5 dogs and a shepherd take care of 300 sheep?
No way!!
Besides, Carpathian dog works as a just bodyguard for sheep and shepherd against wolves.
The reason is :
Surprisingly, shepherd nether using a gun nor setting a trap against wolves.
His dogs are the only reliable on.
It seems like a traditional way in Carpathians.
Now he gets two puppies.
First of all, puppies have to stay in the sheep hut for about a month.
It is a training to make a good relationship with sheep.
But young people get bored at staying small world quickly and want to run all the way out, as you know😅
One day, two puppies sneak out of the shed and go to the forest, "Wolf territory"
The wise lone wolf never tries to fight against 5 adult dogs, but if they are puppies, this a big chance for him!
Barely, 2 puppies notice the unknown smell soon, and runs away with fear.
On night, The lone wolf howls changing voices in various ways.
This is his strategy that leaves them believing that the hut is surrounded by a pack of wolves.
Fear leads to mistake, even if strong and wise dogs!!
He is waiting for a small mistake to grab a chance.
Wow! This is like a psychological Operations???
The shepherd makes a soft voice to puppies that are scared.
👴It's Okay kids, calm down...
But he never stroke his dogs.
Because his dogs are NOT pets. They are precious partners to live together.
Next day, the shepherd goes out for sheep grazing with his adult dogs.
Lambs and puppies left at the hut.
The big chance comes up for a lone wolf.
Usually wolf doesn't wants to break "human territory" in.
On Starving situation, he has no choice.
Then, two puppies noticed the predator soon and barked aloud, and called adult dogs.
So, the lone wolf had nothing but getting a away.
2 puppies are likely to learn a little by little, and grow up to be Wise, Breve sheep dogs.
The ending scene was the lone wolf coming across a female lone wolf.

They are so adorable!!🌺
There is neither good nor evil in nature.
All living things live in harmony with nature, right?
I like scientific development, innovation, high technology, and so on.
I don't want to live like Amish lifestyle.
We should make progress in every field...It is true!
But if that ruins the harmony on earth, even for just a bit,
we should find the other way to progress in the ecosystem.
Anyway, how come human beings don't want to coexist with other species in nature.

This documentary begins with a wolf pack leader fought off by a younger male. Loser wolf is given the choice of "becoming one of the other wolves" or "becoming a lone wolf".

The starving wolf comes across a raven.
They become a good team for hunting.

The team found a wild pig.
First, the wild pig tries to run away before surrounding by a wolf pack.
But he notices "Not a wolf pack.. He is alone" and returns to make an attack to a lone wolf.
If one to one, wild pig is stronger than wolf!!!
